Splash N Shine provides exterior cleaning services — including roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, pressure washing, window washing, leaf filter installation and permanent holiday lighting — to residential and commercial properties across the Lower Mainland, BC, Canada.
Quotes & pricing
Quotes are free and provided without obligation. Prices quoted are based on the information provided and the conditions observed; if site conditions differ materially, we will discuss any adjustment with you before work begins. Chatbot pricing guidance is approximate only and never a firm quote.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a completed service, notify us within 7 days and we will return to re-address the issue at no additional cost.
Access & site conditions
You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas being serviced, including water and power where required. Please secure pets and move fragile items from work areas before our arrival.
Liability
Splash N Shine is fully insured and licensed. We take every precaution to protect your property; any damage caused by our work should be reported within 48 hours and will be addressed through our insurance where applicable. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects discovered during cleaning.
