The gentlest method that works, not the fastest one
A pressure washer will take moss off a roof in half the time. It will also take the granules off your shingles with it, and most manufacturers will void the warranty if they find out. We soft wash instead: low pressure, biodegradable solution, and the chemistry does the work while we wait. It costs us time on site. It is the only method we will use on a roof.
One crew for everything outside the house
Roof, gutters, siding, driveway, windows, leaf filters and permanent lighting — 7 services, one insured team, one invoice. It matters more than it sounds: when the same crew cleans your roof and your gutters on the same visit, the runoff from the roof gets flushed out of the gutters before anyone leaves. Every Splash N Shine technician is background-checked before hiring and trained on soft-wash technique, ladder safety and surface care before they work unsupervised. They arrive in uniform, in a marked van, and they will tell you what they are about to do before they do it.
Roof work is done from an anchored harness, not from luck. Ladders get standoffs so the weight goes on the fascia and not on your gutters. Planting beds get pre-wet before any solution goes near them and rinsed again afterwards. None of that is visible in the finished result, which is exactly why it is the part worth asking other companies about.
