Services Description
Splash N Shine provides professional exterior cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Pressure washing services
- House washing and exterior cleaning
- Roof cleaning services
- Gutter cleaning and maintenance
- Window washing services
- Related exterior maintenance services
Service Terms
Scheduling and Access
- Services are scheduled by appointment and subject to weather conditions
- Customer must provide reasonable access to the property
- Water and electrical access may be required for certain services
- Rescheduling may be necessary due to weather or other circumstances
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
- We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and electronic payments
- Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate property information and service requirements
- Ensure safe access to work areas
- Remove or secure valuable items from work areas
- Notify us of any hazardous conditions or special requirements
- Ensure pets are secured during service
- Make timely payments as agreed
Liability and Insurance
Splash N Shine carries appropriate insurance coverage and takes reasonable precautions to protect your property during service delivery.
Limitations
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion
- We reserve the right to inspect claimed damages before resolution
Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work and offer the following guarantee:
- 100% satisfaction guarantee on all services
- We will return to address any legitimate service concerns at no additional charge
- Guarantee claims must be made within 7 days of service completion
- Guarantee does not cover damage from weather, vandalism, or normal wear
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 24-hour advance notice required for cancellations
- Weather-related cancellations will not incur fees
- Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee
- Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis
